Phenomenal Specimen from the classic Copper Queen Mining District in Bisbee, Arizona.
The piece boasts micro-crystalline botryoidal Azurite. The Azurite is richly accentuated by Malachite and Chalcoalumite that create a dazzling contrast. This specimen has it all; the rareness of old, old Bisbee, a large Azurite vug with botryoidal Malachite poking up through the Azurite and Chalcoalumite as well as a vug totally lined with the vibrant Chalcoalumite. The classics from Bisbee just don't get any better.
